Catering by Chateau Pomije

Deposit:

A 50% deposit may be required when final food selections are made and the date of the event is confirmed.  The balance will then come due on the day of the event.

Service:

Properly attired wait staff and bartenders are available at the rate of $11.50 per hour.  Our cooking staff is available at the rate of $15.00 per hour.  A 15% gratuity is then added to the total bill.

Rental:

We can provide rental for all your catering needs including china, glassware, flatware, and linens for an additional fee.

We can also provide high quality disposable plates, utensils, cups, and napkins.

For self-service parties, there may be a set-up and pick-up fee of $25.00 for non-disposable rentals.  Pick-up will be arranged for the following workday, or the client may choose to return the rental items the following workday, in order to avoid this fee.

Confirmation:

Chateau Pomije uses the freshest ingredients to prepare each selection.  Therefore it is necessary that we have a guaranteed number of expected guests at least three days prior to the event.
